Dress Code

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all golfers, we kindly ask guests to follow our course dress guidelines. Collared or mock-neck golf shirts are required, paired with golf slacks, tailored shorts, or skirts/skorts. Denim, cargo shorts, cut-offs, and athletic shorts are not permitted. Footwear should be soft-spike golf shoes or clean athletic shoes—metal spikes are not allowed. Caps and visors should be worn forward-facing, and all attire should be neat, clean, and appropriate for the golf setting. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the tradition and atmosphere of the game.

1. Booking & Payment
A deposit of 50% or full payment (as specified at booking) is required to confirm your reservation. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2. Package Inclusions
Each package includes only the services specified in the description (e.g., accommodation, meals, rounds of golf, cart, range balls). Any additional services, upgrades, or extras will incur additional charges.

3. Tee Times & Course Policies
Tee times are subject to availability and may be adjusted by the golf course due to weather, maintenance, or operational needs. All guests must comply with the golf course’s dress code, pace-of-play rules, and on-course etiquette. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund.

4. Accommodation Policies
Check-in and check-out times vary by property and will be confirmed at booking. Guests are responsible for any incidental charges or damages incurred during their stay.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival may be eligible for a full refund (unless otherwise stated for specific packages). Cancellations within 72 hours, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable. Some packages or promotional rates may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Weather Policy
Golf is an outdoor activity and play may be affected by weather conditions. Decisions regarding course closures or rain checks are at the sole discretion of the golf course. No refunds will be issued for weather-related interruptions unless the course authorizes it.

7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, travel delays, or extreme weather.

8. Liability
The tour operator acts only as an intermediary between you and the service providers (accommodation, golf courses, transportation, etc.) and is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by these providers or events beyond our control.

9. Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or golf courses due to circumstances beyond our control, while making every effort to provide comparable alternatives.
